Refund Policy

Try Skinsy for up to 90 days from the day it arrives. Wear it, wash it and live in it. If you don't love it, send it back and we will give you a full refund of the product price.

Send us a message through our contact page with your order number and the item you want to return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.

Please don't send anything back before you have our instructions, so we can match your parcel to your order.

Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or wrong. We recommend a tracked service and keeping your tracking number until your refund is done.

Once your return arrives, we check it and send your refund within 1 to 2 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 3 to 7 business days to show up.

Need a different size or color? Contact us through our contact page within 90 days. Shipping for exchanges is paid by you: the return to us and the shipping of the new item. If we sent the wrong item, we cover it.

So sorry if that happens. Message us right away through our contact page with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement free of charge and cover the shipping.

Want to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once it has shipped, it can't be cancelled, but you can still return it under our 90-day guarantee.
